The primary objective of the café design within this project was to evoke a sense of hospitality and warmth, aligning more with the ambiance of a boutique hotel rather than a conventional corporate setting. The café space serves as a vibrant destination within the lobby, offering an inviting and flexible environment for both casual and professional engagements.

Materiality plays a pivotal role in the design, with an emphasis on tactile and visually engaging surfaces that contribute to a hotel-like ambiance. A curated selection of materials, including concrete, bricks, and richly textured finishes, adds layers of depth and sophistication to the space, while maintaining an approachable and welcoming aesthetic. These materials not only create a striking visual impact but also help in crafting an inviting atmosphere that stands apart from the typical corporate look.

The café's design extends to both indoor and outdoor spaces, connected through a large bi-folding door that offers adaptability. This feature allows for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, providing guests with the option to enjoy the café in different settings throughout the day. The door can be closed to create a more intimate, private space during off-hours or events, reinforcing the flexible and dynamic nature of the design.
