The goal is to create a safe and comfortable open-plan environment for employees, catering to their individual, quiet, and high-concentration needs, while also encouraging communication, collaboration, and engagement in shared activities. Flexibility is crucial in the modern workplace, where shared spaces serve multiple functions.

Teamwork areas will become shared spaces accessible to everyone. Work points will facilitate quiet, high-concentration work, promoting a seamless blending of teams without physical barriers. The layout will optimize floor space efficiency while allowing teams to be organized around projects and dynamic activities, while still accommodating individual work preferences.

The concept draws inspiration from New Zealand's scenic road trips and activities, reflecting elements of these landscapes in the design. The colour palette aligns with the client's Auckland office but incorporates vibrant and bright colours, adding an energetic touch to the space, as per the client's request.

My role for this project is interior design lead from inception to completion.
